Welcome to Ivy Virtual Assisting!

Our Mission Statement:

To be professional, respectful, and to provide great customer service. Make sure every client leaves happy and wanting to come back.

Founded in February of 2018 by myself, Alexa Mills. Ivy Virtual Assisting delivers all aspects of an administrative assistance, but it is all done ever the Internet. I started this company because I wanted to be my own boss. Wanted to control who my clients are and the flexibility of my hours.

 As a virtual assistance all my work is done at home. No need to apply me with an office or having to go through that long hiring process. I can do everything an administrative assistance can do like providing technical, personal, and creative help. 

All this is accomplished because of my many years of schooling that allowed me to obtain my Bachelor’s in Applied Management. Which also allowed me to earned MOS (Microsoft Office Specialist) Certifications in all areas including word, excel, access, power point, and outlook; I am also familiar with publisher.

As of right now my Ivy Virtual Assisting is access through word of mouth, since it is still new.
